Purchase of real estate
- The main requirement is the purchase of a new (i.e. sold for the first time by developers) immovable property with a total market value of at least EUR 300,000 plus VAT.
- The applicant must submit the application form accompanied with a contract of sale and proof of payment of at least EUR 200,000 plus VAT.
- If the real estate is sold, it should be immediately replaced with other real estate under the same conditions. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the immigration permit.
