We remind you that Cyprus companies are required to submit a temporary tax declaration and pay the first instalment of corporate income tax for the 2025 tax year no later than 31 July 2025.
What needs to be done:
A revised declaration may be submitted at any time before the second payment deadline.
Consequences of underpayment:
If the total temporary tax paid is less than 75% of the final actual tax due for the year, the shortfall will automatically incur:
If the company does not expect to generate taxable profit or will incur a loss, there is no requirement to submit a temporary declaration.
