Russia opened borders for Russians
Russia opened its borders for Russians with dual citizenship. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on April 29. Russians who have a residence permit, second citizenship or other valid document confirming the right of permanent residence in another country will be able to leave the country through land checkpoints.
The document states that it will be allowed to leave Russia only once.
