For more than 20 years, I have been working in the field of corporate governance in Cyprus. During this time, I have dealt with registration and company management issues.
Through long-term cooperation with law firms in Cyprus, I have gained the skills necessary to address any issues that arise during the corporate process.
I am actively involved in every step of the process, from submitting information to the company Register to registering changes in business activities, liquidations, or changes to the registered office.
As a Corporate Secretary, I provide expert advice on Cyprus legislation related to document management and communication with financial institutions.
My education includes a Degree from Frederick Institute of Technology, and I have also attended seminars organized by the Cyprus Fiduciary Association on current trends in international corporate governance that allowed me to obtain the necessary certifications.
Stella Makri
Head of Legal Department/Executive Director
I am a highly qualified Legal Advisor with over 11 years of experience in various areas of law, including corporate, civil, administrative, public, property, and labour.
Since 2014, I have been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and have served on the Legal and Tax Committee of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association since 2018.
Currently, I hold the position of the Head of Legal Department and Executive Director at MAIN PARTNER TRUST (CYPRUS) LTD.
Among my responsibilities are:
• Providing legal support on various corporate matters, such as drafting and revising corporate documents, bylaws, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
• Assisting as a trustee in creating and managing trusts.
• Interacting with government agencies regarding citizenship and residence permits in Cyprus through the Cyprus Investment Program.
In 2013, I completed my undergraduate studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, earning a degree in Law.
In 2020, I furthered my education by pursuing a Master of Laws degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at UCL and Queen Mary University (London).
Elena Tsukanova
Senior Tax Consultant
I joined the team of MAIN PARTNER TRUST (CYPRUS) LTD. in 2021, and since then, I have been working with various aspects of taxation in Cyprus.
As a Senior Tax Consultant, I assist clients, both individuals and companies, in complying with tax laws.
Assessing the tax implications for shareholders in different jurisdictions and restructuring companies and assets around the world are my daily tasks.
Over the past ten years, I have gained experience in consulting on transfer pricing for Big Four companies and in-house for large international groups.
I obtained my Degree in International Economics from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy in Moscow, and after that I additionally studied Tax Consulting at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow).
Andreas Menelaou
Head of Accounting
A membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPA) confirms my high qualifications as a Senior Accountant and Auditor.
I am responsible for managing cash flows and regular reporting, as well as financial planning and providing strategic support for decision-making.
I prepare current and forecast reports, budgets, and RF1-2-3 throughout the year.
My certification in one of the most advanced professional development programs offered by ICAEW (ACA Qualification) confirms my practical knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, VAT and taxation.
Svetlana Ilioukhina
Head of Compliance
For more than 17 years, I have been working in the field of financial compliance for companies regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
I have received the Securities Commission Certificate and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Specialist Certificate issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which confirm my professional qualifications.
My main responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and assessing legal requirements.
Every day, I am involved in identifying risks of violating legislation, building compliance management systems, examining contracts and agreements from an anti-corruption perspective, and participating in inspections and investigations.
Ludmila Voronova

I am the Head of Client Management Department at MAIN PARTNER TRUST (CYPRUS) LTD, where my main professional responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis.
As the first point of contact for our clients, I play a crucial role in shaping their overall impression of the company based on our interactions.
With over 8 year - experience in administration, I am responsible for handling correspondence, planning office events and meetings, as well as performing tasks related to corporate administration.
The needs of our clients are always my top priority.
My command of Russian, Greek, and fluent Business English, which has been certified by “Cambridge University of London”, allows me to communicate effectively with colleagues in a multilingual and multinational work environment of our company.
I am passionate about my job, that's why I am currently studying Business Management at Global College to further enhance my skills and knowledge
Yulia Kukhtina
Senior Office Administrator
I attend meetings with our clients and experts from our company as a qualified Interpreter helping to establish communication.
As a certified Interpreter, I provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services at different meetings, including Annual Meetings.
I also prepare necessary documents for clients to submit to various government agencies in Cyprus, such as banks and Migration Department (CRMD).
My participation as an Interpreter at the annual conferences organized by our company helps to build direct and meaningful communication between our clients and experts, which is essential in today's rapidly changing world.

I work as an Administrator and Coordinator for the office of MAIN PARTNER TRUST (CYPRUS) LTD.
My primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. This includes organizing document management, correspondence and budgeting.
My higher education in International Relations has provided me with valuable skills that allow to communicate effectively with our clients.
My knowledge of diplomacy and intercultural communication helps me to prevent and resolve conflicts, as well as maintain positive business relationships with clients and colleagues.
In addition, I stay up to date with global economic and political trends, allowing me to better understand customer needs and offer the most appropriate and optimal solutions.
Sofia Hadjidemetriou
Senior Accountant
I am a Certified ACA professional and a member of the ICAEW, holding a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Management from the University of Manchester.
Having gained experience at one of the Big Four audit firms, as well as at other audit firms and companies in the shipping and EU funding programmes, I have developed a strong background in accounting, audit, compliance, risk assessment, and financial accuracy.
I currently manage, on behalf of clients, daily accounting functions, including preparing management accounts, ensuring VAT compliance, overseeing payroll, and conducting financial reconciliations.
