I began my journey at PwC Cyprus in the corporate department before transitioning to banking, where I built extensive experience in both international and Cyprus-based institutions.

I have held key roles at Hellenic Bank, Barclays Bank in the wealth management division, and RCB Bank, where I led the international business division.

Recently, I shifted my focus to advisory and consulting, leveraging my expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of international business organizations and structures.

As Chief Operating Officer at Main Partner Trust, I ensure that clients receive high-quality professional services and support their business operations to run smoothly, ultimately helping them achieve long-term success.

I am a strong advocate for women in business, supporting their growth and success in professional environments.

Executive Director/Head of Legal Department

I am a highly qualified Legal Advisor with over 11 years of experience in various areas of law, including corporate, civil, administrative, public, property, and labour.

Since 2014, I have been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and have served on the Legal and Tax Committee of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association since 2018.

Currently, I hold the position of the Head of Legal Department and Executive Director at MAIN PARTNER TRUST (CYPRUS) LTD.

Among my responsibilities are:

• Providing legal support on various corporate matters, such as drafting and revising corporate documents, bylaws, meeting minutes, and resolutions.

• Assisting as a trustee in creating and managing trusts.

• Interacting with government agencies regarding citizenship and residence permits in Cyprus through the Cyprus Investment Program.

In 2013, I completed my undergraduate studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, earning a degree in Law.

In 2020, I furthered my education by pursuing a Master of Laws degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at UCL and Queen Mary University (London).

Stella Makri

Ganna Tyshchenko-Makridi

Senior Lawyer

I am a highly experienced corporate and real estate lawyer with over a decade of professional practice in Cyprus and internationally.

I specialize in corporate law, real estate transactions, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, with extensive experience in contract drafting, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions. My legal practice includes advising on banking and finance restructuring matters (including loan restructurings), as well as holding restructurings aimed at cost and operational optimization, intercompany debt closings, and shareholder dispute resolution.

I have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, implementing required amendments to the constitutional documents of companies, and overseeing their legal execution. In real estate, I conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate and structure commercial transactions, and manage deals from initial drafting through to closing and registration with the Land Registry, acting on behalf of both sellers and buyers in different projects.

In addition, I have significant expertise in establishing and operating businesses in Switzerland, with hands-on experience working with leading Swiss companies on client projects focused on trading and brokerage activities. This includes navigating regulatory frameworks and advising on corporate structuring to support international commercial operations.

Throughout my career, I have worked with top-tier firms and corporate groups, ensuring full compliance with Cypriot, Swiss, and international legal standards across a range of industries.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Robert Gordon University and a “Business Studies and Business Administration with Marketing” degree from the University of West London. I am fluent in English, Greek, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Having a degree in taxation from the Financial University of Russia, I have dedicated my career to the field of taxation.

I started as a tax specialist and worked my way up to become the Head of the tax department of a large international manufacturing company.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also been certified as an international and business coach.

I believe that positive communication and transparency are essential for successful business relationships, and these values guide my approach when working with clients.

George Theodosidis

With nearly a decade of experience in the financial sector, I have built my expertise across various roles, specializing in Compliance and AML.

As a dedicated professional, I have served as Head of Compliance & AML, ensuring regulatory integrity and compliance in financial institutions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from Salford University of Manchester.

Additionally, I am CySEC-certified in both AML and Advanced registers, equipping me with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

Fluent in Greek, Russian, and English, I navigate international financial landscapes with ease, bringing a global perspective to my work. My commitment lies in upholding the highest standards of compliance while fostering sustainable financial practices.

I am a Senior Corporate Administrator with over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, cross-border company administration, banking and treasury operations as well as managing compliance per legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

I have led corporate administration teams, handled large international portfolio of clients, with operational efficiency, managed financial, corporate, legal and other operations, overseeing incorporations, regulatory filings, corporate and banking activities in Europe, the UK, the USA, and Asia.

With a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail, I focus on ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and full compliance in every aspect of my work as a corporate administrator. I am dedicated to staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. I am passionate and I am committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

I hold an MBA – Master’s in Business Administration from the Open University of Cyprus and am fluent in Greek and English.

A membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPA) confirms my high qualifications as a Senior Accountant and Auditor.

I am responsible for managing cash flows and regular reporting, as well as financial planning and providing strategic support for decision-making.

I prepare current and forecast reports, budgets, and RF1-2-3 throughout the year.

My certification in one of the most advanced professional development programs offered by ICAEW (ACA Qualification) confirms my practical knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, VAT and taxation.

I am a Certified ACA professional and a member of the ICAEW, holding a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Management from the University of Manchester.

Having gained experience at one of the Big Four audit firms, as well as at other audit firms and companies in the shipping and EU funding programmes, I have developed a strong background in accounting, audit, compliance, risk assessment, and financial accuracy.

I currently manage, on behalf of clients, daily accounting functions, including preparing management accounts, ensuring VAT compliance, overseeing payroll, and conducting financial reconciliations.

Throughout my career, I have held key financial positions in leading companies in Cyprus, including Harvester Shipmanagement, where I led the finance department for more than 18 years.

My core expertise includes International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), taxation, audit, contract management, and regulatory compliance. I work closely with international teams, auditors, and legal advisors, ensuring a high standard of transparency, reliability, and operational efficiency across financial functions.

As a certified Interpreter, I provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services at different meetings, including Annual Meetings.

I also prepare necessary documents for clients to submit to various government agencies in Cyprus, such as banks and Migration Department (CRMD).
