We remind you that, in accordance with the applicable legislation, all companies incorporated or registered under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, all European Public Limited Companies (SEs), as well as all Partnerships, are required, during the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, to access the Beneficial Ownership Register (BOR) system and confirm the details of their Beneficial Owners (BOs) or Senior Management Officials (SMOs).<\/p>\n
Please also note that any changes to the data reportable to the BOR must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the date such changes take effect. Failure to comply will result in financial penalties as follows:<\/p>\n
